Big data is already one of the IT-related catchwords most frequently used by the media.

 

Big data is crucially relevant for Shanghai’s development as a hub for mass information.

 

To be a developing pacesetter across the nation, Shanghai must seize the opportunity generated by the development of big data which serves as the key for the IT industry.

 

Currently, the development of big data is faced with the bottleneck in four aspects: conception, capability, law and culture.
