Chen Qiang
Professor,  Doctoral supervisor at the International School of Tongji University. His research focuses on service science and engineering, quality evaluation of urban development, construction of innovative cities and so on. He’s been in charge of research projects sponsored by State Social Science Fund; his achievements include Shanghai Natural Science Fund project, Shanghai Education Science Planning project, Eleventh-Five planning project of Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province.
 
Mas von Zedtwitz
Founder of GLORAD, the Research Center for Global R&D Management and Reverse Innovation, Professor at Tsinghua University and IMD-International (Lausanne, Swizerland). His research focuses on R&D management, technology management, strategy, innovation management and entrepreneurship, in particular transnational R&D organization and technology-based entrepreneurship.

Adjunct professor at Tongji University. Deputy President of Chinese Academy of Science and Technology Management, Tongji University, research fellow at Institute of Policy and Management, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
 
He Dajun 
Adjunct Professor at Tongji University, assistant Chief Engineer of Shanghai Zhangjiang (Group) Co., Ltd., China; Director of the RFID Technology and Application Project under the State High-Tech Development Plan (or the 863 Program); engaged in earlier research on HDTV. Currently he is in charge of industrial research and site planning of Zhangjiang High-Tech Park..
 
Hu Yu 
Adjunct professor at Tongji University, Doctor of Laws, Director of Association for Soft Science of China, Deputy Secretary-General of the Institute for Rejuvenating Cities through Science and Technology, Director of the Academic Committee of GO BPM, Peking University. He has participated in programme drafting such as Decision of the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council on Further Enhancing the Development of Human Resources, the Outline of the 11th Five-Year-Plan for Talent Development, and the National Medium- and Long-Term Program for Science and Technology Development.
 
Liu Guangfu  
Professor, Doctoral supervisor at School of Economics and Management, Tongji University. His research focuses on S&T development and management, management theory and industrial engineering, advanced manufacture technology and so on; he has been in charge of, and participated in research projects supported by the state, MOST, the province (city) and enterprises, and won the first prize of Shanghai S&T Progress Award, and second prize of Shanghai Teaching Achievement Prize.
 
Liu Yingli  
Adjunct  professor at Tongji University. Deputy CPC Secretary of Shenzhen Municipal Government,  Science & Technology Adviser to Mayor of Shenzhen. He served successively as member of Shenzhen CPC Standing Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, Director of the Administration Office of Shenzhen High-Tech Industrial Park; and is currently Science & Technology Advisor to Mayor of Shenzhen, Chairman of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Scientific Cooperation Steering Committee (Shenzhen), Standing Director of IASP (International Association of Science Parks), Director of CASTM, and Standing Director of Innovation Methods Society; appointed adjunct professor at universities both in Mainland China and in Hong Kong.
 
Lu Feng
Professor at Peking University, Doctoral Supervisor, Director of Leo Kogua Institute for Business and Government, School of Government; adjunct professor at Tongji University; focuses on structural transformation and institution evolution of state-owned enterprises; research on technology innovation, organization theory and state theory, competitiveness of Chinese industries, innovation and technology policy and so on.
 
Mike W. Peng  
Ph.D. in Strategic Management at University of Washington, Seattle. He holds Provost’s Distinguished Professorship of Global Strategy at School of Management, University of Texas at Dallas, and is an honorary professor at School of Management, Xi’an Jiaotong University, China; He has consulted for organizations such as BankOne, The World Bank, Nationwide Insurance and U.S.-China Business Council.

Member of Policy Consultative Committee, Shaanxi Province, Director of IT Group; professor, and Director of Institute of S&T Policy and Management at School of Public Administration, and Director of Environmental Science & Engineering at School of Human Settlement and Civil Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University; Vice Chairman of Chinese Association for Science of Science and S&T Policy, and adjunct professor at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
 
Wang Jici 
Adjunct professor at Tongji University. Professor and Doctoral supervisor at College of Urban and Environment Sciences, Peking University, member of the Steering Committee, IGU Commission on the Dynamics of Economic Spaces; Deputy Director of the Economic Geography Committee of the Geographical Society of China, associated editor of World Regional Studies, and associated editor of Areal Research and Development.

Full professor of Marketing & Innovation and Associate Dean of Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, UK; Ph.D. in Marketing and Management Studies at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, UK; former lecturer at Liverpool John Moore's.
 
Wang Yuan  
Adjunct professor at Tongji University. Ph.D., Research fellow. Standing Vice President of Chinese Academy of Science and Technology for Development; research on industrial economy, and science & technology strategy and policy. He was the major contributor to the establishment of the National Medium- and Long-Term Program for Science and Technology Development, and he’s also Deputy Director of China Federation of Scientific and Technological Institutes; Editor-in-Chief of Forum on Science and Technology in China, and President of China Science & Technology Pictorial.
 
Jihong Sanderson 
Former Director of the Center for Sino-US Strategic Cooperation at University of California, Berkeley, adjunct professor at Tongji University, Chinese-American scholar. Her research focuses on innovation and strategy for emerging market, high-tech management, globalization of Chinese enterprises, new trends for globalization management.
 
Wu Zhongze 
Adjunct professor at Tongji University, Ph.D., Chairman of China Intelligent Transportation Systems Association, former Member of the CPC Group and Head of the Discipline Inspection Commission of MOST; Deputy to the 11th National People’s Congress, Member of Committee of Education, Science, Culture, Health and Sports of 11th National Congress; engaged in Public Administration research for a long time; took a leading role in the policymaking process of the National Medium- and Long-Term Program for Science and Technology Development.
 
You Jianxin
Professor and Doctoral supervisor at School of Economics and Management, Tongji University. His research focuses on management science and engineering, business administration, S&T and innovation management. He is granted with special government allowance by the State Council and supported by the Program for 2004 New Century Excellent Talents; his awarded prizes include 1999 National Excellent Quality Control Worker, 2004 Baosteel Education Award, 2005 National Award for Outstanding Management Scholars, and 2007 Faculty Award of Colleges and Universities in Shanghai.

Zhang Yuchen
 
Ph.D., research fellow at Chinese Academy of Science and Technology Management, Tongji University. He has long been engaged in teaching and researching on S&T strategies, technology innovation and entrepreneurship etc. He was in charge of more than twenty research programmes, and had his research published, including Study on Technology Transfer Mechanism, and Open Enterprises. He was also awarded the Shanghai S&T Progress Award, and was honored for his research on government policy consultation.
 
Zheng Huiqiang,
Member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee, Vice Chairman of Democratic League Shanghai Municipal Committee, Deputy Director of Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee, professor, and Vice-President of Tongji University.
 
Zhu Yanmei
Ph.D., associate research fellow, visiting scholar at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich(2005-2007), Deputy President of Chinese Academy of Science & Technology Management, and Vice Dean of School of Economics and Management, Tongji University. Her researches focus on technology & innovation management, science & technology policy; and she was in charge of more than 10 projects including programmes funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Soft Science Project, as well as key subjects of provincial or ministerial level, and special research programmes.
