Zhu Yanmei: No Tolerance, No Innovation
Update:Jan 31st, 2013

The well-known 3T theory in innovation research points out the three elements for innovation: Technology, Talent and Tolerance. American professor Richard Florida, who put forward the theory, made a comparison between the rankings of the most innovative cities in the world and the rankings of cities with the largest homosexual population. He found that they tally with each other to a stunning extent. The reason can be nothing but tolerance. The impact of technology and talent pool on innovation is self-evident, but the most important and fundamental element is tolerance.

Tolerance breeds cutting-edge technology, nurtures innovative talents and allows the coexistence of different ideas.
